Most of our products are made to order, so the average production time is 7–14 days. We try to complete every order as quickly as possible.

Yes, certain products are in stock, and for these you can expect a shorter delivery time of 1–3 business days. We indicate on the product page if a product is available from stock.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight differences may occur compared to what is shown in the picture, for example in the placement of the pattern.

Home delivery and delivery to a parcel point are both available, with MPL or GLS courier service.
For certain products, parcel point delivery is not available due to the size of the product.

As our products are made to order in your chosen colour and size, and may also be embroidered with a selected name, cash on delivery is not available. You can pay the total amount of your order by bank transfer or by Barion bank card payment.

As most of our products are custom-made according to the parameters you choose, the right of withdrawal may be limited. Further details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
